Hi! Meet Shelly, Founder/Owner
With a passion for leadership and innovation, I transitioned from the classroom to the fitness studio, bringing with me 14 years of experience as an early childhood educator and instructional coach. Holding a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a master's in educational leadership, I’ve spent years guiding teachers in best practices and driving school improvement initiatives.
At Body Sculpt Barre Studio, I’ve combined my love for teaching and fitness to create a space that inspires, connects, and empowers women and small businesses in the community. Over the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading thousands of clients locally, certifying many instructors, and expanding our reach by opening multiple locations and welcoming franchisees. Sharing the love and passion of our brand has allowed us to bring strength and confidence to communities both locally and nationwide through our on-demand class library.
Through my journey, I remain committed to fostering community, promoting wellness, and helping others achieve strength and confidence in every aspect of life.
